EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
Items purchased from KM PROJEKT must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, stains, odors, or any condition that prevents resale as new.
Mystery products (Mystery Hoodie and Mystery T-shirt) cannot be returned or exchanged.
To receive a refund, items must include their original packaging, all tags, and all components included, and must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order or making the in-store purchase.
During special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, the return and exchange period will be extended from November 25th to January 18th.
Important: Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Certain items such as keychains, jewelry, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
OUTLET AND POP-UP POLICY
Returns: Items purchased at pop-ups or outlet stores are NOT refundable.
Exchanges: Only size or item exchanges are allowed, and only during the days when the pop-up or outlet is open.
