Mallorca is much more than beaches and summer tourism. It’s an island full of hidden landscapes, wild nature, and unforgettable experiences. However, one of the main challenges when visiting is accommodation — especially during high season.

That’s why we recommend something different: staying at Binifaldó Refuge, located near the iconic Lluc Sanctuary, or choosing the Lluc campsite. Not only are these options more affordable, but they also allow you to disconnect, wake up surrounded by mountains, and explore parts of the island that many tourists never get to see.

If you’re looking for real Mallorca — this is where it begins.

A short boat trip takes you to Dragonera, a protected natural park with crystal-clear waters and spectacular hiking trails. It’s raw, peaceful, and one of the best ways to experience the Mediterranean in its purest form.

💧 Gorg Blau

Surrounded by the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, Gorg Blau is a place locals often overlook — but it’s one of the most breathtaking landscapes on the island. The contrast between the turquoise water and the dramatic mountain peaks makes it a must-stop location, especially if you love nature and photography.

One of our favorite spots at KmProjekt is the Formentor Lighthouse. Watching the sunset there is an unforgettable experience. Yes, it can get busy — but if you time it right, the golden light over the cliffs is absolutely worth it.

For cycling lovers, this is an iconic route. From Binifaldó, it’s approximately 43 km of pure challenge: climbs, curves, and spectacular sea views. Whether you bring your own bike or rent one, this ride will test your legs and reward you with some of the best scenery in Mallorca.

Live Mallorca Like a Local

Mallorca isn’t just a destination — it’s a lifestyle. Staying close to nature, exploring hidden spots, moving your body, and enjoying sunsets that feel unreal.
